✧ We accept returns and exchanges on most items. Returns must be made in unworn condition within 14 days of receipt. A 10% restocking fee for silver and a 20% fee for gold will apply. Exchanges can be made for pieces of equal or greater value.

⛭ The ring I ordered doesn’t fit. Can you resize it?
✧ Yes, we offer free resizing for most pieces (except eternity bands). Eternity band resizing incurs a $100 fee. Please email us at support@hautefinejewelry.com to confirm your ring size before we begin production.

⛭ What is your Refund Policy?
✧ When you request a return, we will review the order details and provide you with the return shipping address. Please ensure that the jewelry is returned in unworn, undamaged condition.
