✧ We are happy to assist with your custom or personalized orders! The process is simple:
- Start a conversation with one of our expert jewelry designers. They will guide you through the design process. If you have a specific idea, feel free to send us a reference image.
- We will create a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) of your jewelry and send it for your approval. You can request any changes, and we’ll adjust it accordingly.
- Once approved, we’ll cut and polish your Moissanite or Diamond and begin the jewelry manufacturing process.
- Before shipping, we will share images and videos of your jewelry for final confirmation. Once confirmed, we’ll ship it using an international courier service.

⛭ Can I customize a Haute Fine Jewelry design?
✧ Yes, most of our designs are customizable to match your style. For example, we can swap Moissanite for lab-grown, sapphires, or emeralds, change prong styles, and more. Simple design modifications may incur a small fee. Significant design changes (like adding/removing elements, resizing stones, or combining designs) may require additional charges. ⛭ Can I order a Haute Fine Jewelry design with any center stone size & shape?
✧ Absolutely! All of our designs are customizable with your choice of center stone and metal. Whether you prefer diamonds, Moissanite, or other gemstones, and with sizes ranging from 0.30ct to 20ct, we can accommodate your preferences. Please Contact Us for any custom size or shape requests.
⛭ Can I upgrade my diamond in the future?
✧ Yes, Haute Fine Jewelry offers lifetime diamond upgrades. Contact us when you're ready to upgrade!
⛭ Do you offer engraving services?
✧ Yes, engraving is available for free on most of our jewelry.
⛭ Can I buy a setting without purchasing a diamond?
✧ Yes, we offer settings for sale without requiring the purchase of a diamond.

⛭ Can I pay using two different credit cards?
✧ Yes, you can pay us using multiple credit cards for a single order. However, you can contact us, and we will split the bill into separate invoices, allowing you to pay using multiple cards.
⛭ Do you offer payment plans?
✧ Yes, we offer flexible payment plans! You can pay in 3 installments:
- First: 35% of the total amount to begin the CAD design process.
- Second: Another 35% once we begin cutting and polishing your gemstone.
- Third: The remaining 30% is due before shipment. Once your jewelry is ready, we will send images and videos for your final approval before shipping.
⛭ Is Rush Order service available?
✧ Yes, we offer rush orders so you can receive your jewelry as quickly as possible. There is no extra charge 50$ for rush service. Please contact our team at support@hautefinejewelry.com for the exact timeline.

⛭ What is Moissanite?
✧ Moissanite is a premium gemstone that surpasses diamonds in fire, brilliance, and luster. It’s not cubic zirconia, which is just glass—Moissanite is a gemstone that looks and lasts like a diamond forever!
⛭ Are Moissanites available in all shapes & sizes?
✧ Yes, we offer Moissanite in a variety of shapes such as Round, Princess, Pear, Oval, Radiant, Trillion, Marquise, Emerald, and Cushion. Available in sizes from 0.05ct to 20ct.
⛭ Are your Moissanite Diamonds certified?
✧ Yes, all of our Moissanite Diamonds are certified by international laboratories. We offer a physical authenticity certificate card upon request for a $50 USD charge. You can also verify the authenticity of your diamond through any international lab.
⛭ Is your jewelry made from solid gold?
✧ Yes, all of our jewelry is crafted from solid 925 Silver, 10KT, 14KT, or 18KT Gold. You can choose from white, yellow, or rose gold for your piece.
⛭ Does your jewelry have a metal authenticity stamp?
✧ Yes, every piece comes with a metal authenticity stamp. After completion, we send it to an international hallmarking laboratory for verification.
⛭ What metal do you use in your jewelry?
✧ We use high-quality solid gold for all of our jewelry. Each piece is stamped with authenticity to guarantee the purity and quality of the metal.
Processing & Shipping
⛭ How long will my order take?
✧ Each piece of our fine jewelry is handmade with love and attention to detail. Most orders will be ready in 2 weeks, plus shipping time. Custom, engraved, and personalized pieces may take longer.
⛭ Do you ship internationally?
✧ Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries.
⛭ How do I track my order?
✧ Once your jewelry is dispatched, we will provide you with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey. If you experience any issues with tracking, please contact us at support@hautefinejewelry.com.
⛭ Can I change my shipping address before the item ships?
✧ Yes, you can update your shipping address before your item ships from our manufacturing facility. After shipping, we cannot make changes, and we are not responsible for any lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Returns, Resizing & Repairs
⛭ What is Haute Fine Jewelry's Return & Refund Policy?
✧ We accept returns and exchanges on most items. Returns must be made in unworn condition within 14 days of receipt. A 10% restocking fee for silver and a 20% fee for gold will apply. Exchanges can be made for pieces of equal or greater value.
⛭ The ring I ordered doesn’t fit. Can you resize it?
✧ Yes, we offer free resizing for most pieces (except eternity bands). Eternity band resizing incurs a $100 fee. Please email us at support@hautefinejewelry.com to confirm your ring size before we begin production.
⛭ What is your Refund Policy?
✧ When you request a return, we will review the order details and provide you with the return shipping address. Please ensure that the jewelry is returned in unworn, undamaged condition. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it. If the jewelry is approved for a refund, we will process it and deduct the applicable restocking fee. If the item is not in the same condition as when it was originally sent, additional charges may apply.
⛭ Can I return custom or special made order?
✧ Please note that custom and special orders are non-returnable.
⛭ I accidentally damaged my jewelry! What do I do?
