SILVER PRODUCTS
Return Window: 15 days from delivery.
Restocking Fee: 10% of purchase price.
Conditions:
- If you're not satisfied, you can return the item within 15 days with a 10% restocking fee.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received, contact us immediately for a full refund. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Resizing:
- If resizing is needed, simply contact our team, and we will guide you through the process to create your perfect piece of jewelry in your desired size.
RING RESIZING SERVICE
Resizing Limitations:
- Rings can be resized by a maximum of one full size.
- Resizing beyond this range is not available, contact us for possible solution.
Exceptions:

Full eternity stone rings cannot be resized, but you can exchange them for the correct size.

You may also exchange the ring for an identical one in your size if it ensures faster turnaround or preserves the design integrity.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways, including any customs fees for international shipments.
