✧ Yes, all of our Moissanite Diamonds are certified by international laboratories. We offer a physical authenticity certificate card upon request for a $50 USD charge. You can also verify the authenticity of your diamond through any international lab.

✧ Yes, all of our jewelry is crafted from solid 925 Silver, 10KT, 14KT, or 18KT Gold. You can choose from white, yellow, or rose gold for your piece.

Returns, Resizing & Repairs

⛭ What is Haute Fine Jewelry's Return & Refund Policy?
✧ We accept returns and exchanges on most items. Returns must be made in unworn condition within 14 days of receipt. A 10% restocking fee for silver and a 20% fee for gold will apply. Exchanges can be made for pieces of equal or greater value.

⛭ The ring I ordered doesn’t fit. Can you resize it?
✧ Yes, we offer free resizing for most pieces (except eternity bands). Eternity band resizing incurs a $100 fee. Please email us at support@hautefinejewelry.com to confirm your ring size before we begin production.

⛭ What is your Refund Policy?
✧ When you request a return, we will review the order details and provide you with the return shipping address. Please ensure that the jewelry is returned in unworn, undamaged condition. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it. If the jewelry is approved for a refund, we will process it and deduct the applicable restocking fee.
